  • Andrew and Hannah began their professional journeys mediating disputes in the diverse Queens, the Bronx, and Brooklyn boroughs. As mediators, we now help communities and individuals turn conflicts that threaten the fabric of their lives into opportunities for positive change. We teach mediation at law schools and train mediators for dispute resolution centers in NYC. We live to teach others skills that transform conflict into a social good.

    Hannah received a J.D. in law from Harvard, and Andrew received an M.A. in Peacebuilding from Columbia University.

Final placement on any court roster is at the discretion of the local Administrative Judge, and participation in a course does not guarantee placement on a local court roster.   

  • Some courts may require additional training and experience beyond Part 146’s requirements of 24 hours of Initial Mediation Training and 16 hours of Additional Case-Type Specific Skills Training.   

  • Acceptance on court rosters may depend on a court’s need for mediators at any given time and may include a particular court’s need for mediators with specific case-type training or experience.
